Venture Production (North Sea Developments) Limited has applied to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry for consent to drill one well into the Chestnut Field (UKCS block 22/2a), install a 2km flowline on the seabed, and produce oil via a floating production facility to be moored 220km northeast of Aberdeen. In accordance with the above-mentioned Regulations this application is accompanied by the Environmental Statement, which can be downloaded from the web page using the link below.
