Wallace has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience at Baker Hughes, where he was most recently Director of Manufacturing for Baker Oil Tools' manufacturing plants in Houston and Yorktown, Texas, and Camden, Ark. He directed 650 production and support personnel and was responsible for leading the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and numerous continuous improvement initiatives.
Wallace earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston and is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
