3D-GEO to Perform Seismic Work on Cheetah's PNG Acreage

Cheetah Oil & Gas has contracted 3D-GEO of Melbourne Australia to complete a comprehensive examination of geological and geophysical data with a goal of establishing defined drill targets on its acreage in Papua New Guinea.

Under the terms of the agreement, 3D-GEO will undertake seismic interpretation, structural and stratigraphic modeling to validate leads; and subsequently conduct prospect mapping and estimate volumes of the prospective leads. Cheetah Oil & Gas is currently working closely with 3D-GEO in order to thoroughly evaluate and prioritize its extensive land holdings and expects to generate drill-ready targets on a timely basis. 3D-GEO's expertise in prospect generation and validation; regional analysis of tectonic setting; seismic interpretation and structural restoration, and 2D/3D structural models and visualizations should greatly assist Cheetah Oil & Gas towards these goals.
