Canadian Superior Energy reports that its offshore wellsite survey work, initiated earlier in August, has been successfully completed at two new proposed future "Mariner Project" drilling locations. The field work was completed on August 29th on the offshore "Mariner" Block (EL 2409) located in shallow water approximately 275 kilometers (170 miles) southeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The geophysical survey field work was undertaken by Fugro Jacques GeoSurvey's Inc. of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia using the M/V Anticosti.
Speaking in Halifax today, Mike Coolen, Canadian Superior's Vice President, East Coast Operations, said, "The wellsite survey field work went very well. We are very pleased to have completed this work, another important step in progressing our drilling, procurement and permitting activities to advance further drilling on our 'Mariner Project' lands.
