ConocoPhillips expects to begin production from the Belanak field offshore Indonesia in November, an official at BP Migas said. This is expected to boost the country's production by 6 percent in 2005.

The FPSO is expected to arrive on the field next month. Production will start at approximately 20,000 barrels per day and peak at 60,000 bpd in 2005.

ConocoPhillips currently produces about 35,000 bpd of oil from other fields in Indonesia.
