Matt Eagleston, 41, began his career as a petroleum engineer with Petro-Lewis Corporation in 1982. He has had positions of increasing responsibility with Natural Resource Management Corporation, Finn Oil and Chemical and Snyder Oil Corporation before joining Wiser in September 1995 as a Project Engineer. He was promoted to Manager of Production in August 2000. Mr. Eagleston earned his Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas Tech University. He will be responsible for all domestic drilling and production activities for the Company.
Rob Kerian, 46, joined Wiser as a Senior Geophysicist in December 1996 and was promoted to Manager of Exploration in December 1999. Prior to joining Wiser, Mr. Kerian had spent four years with Gulf Oil Corporation followed by twelve years with Enserch Exploration Inc. with increasing responsibilities as a geophysicist. He earned both a BS in Geology and a BS in Geological Engineering, Petroleum Engineering Option, from the University of North Dakota. Mr. Kerian will be in charge of all domestic exploration activities for Wiser.
Bill Phillips, 49, has served as Manager of Land since December 1990. He joined the company as Senior Landman in October 1990. Mr. Phillips began his career as a landman with Cities Service Company in 1976 and has 25 years in various capacities in the land departments of Mesa Petroleum Company, American Quasar Petroleum Company and Maralo, Inc. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Professional Landman. He will continue to be responsible for all domestic land administration for the Company.
