Monadelphous in 'Major' Contract Win

Australian engineering group Monadelphous has been awarded a ‘major’ contract with Woodside Energy Ltd for the provision of gas asset general maintenance services and offshore brownfields implementation.

Valued at approximately $453 million (AUD $600 million) over five years, the contract includes maintenance, shutdown work and offshore brownfields implementation for Woodside’s onshore facilities, Karratha Gas Plant and Pluto LNG Plant, as well as its offshore facilities, Pluto LNG Platform, North Rankin Complex, Goodwyn A platform and Angel platform.

“This contract, which adds to our Shell Prelude and offshore Ichthys LNG Project contracts, represents another step towards Monadelphous achieving its long-term goal of becoming the partner of choice for the provision of offshore maintenance services,” a Monadelphous representative said in a company statement.
