Lexington Resources reports that the Company's Bryce #3-2 Coal Bed Methane gas well is proceeding through completion phases following successful drilling operations. The well is located on the Company's Wagnon lease located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma and is the third of four to five wells planned for this lease. Well completion follows the successful drilling of the horizontal gas well to vertical depths of approximately 2,400 feet with an approximate 2,000 foot horizontally drilled section. Gas pipeline connection to the new well has been completed. The Hartshorne Coal forms the objective gas reservoir target on the Wagnon lease that is located in Oklahoma's prolific Arkoma Basin.

Initial production rates and other available data from initial expected production will be provided as available. Usual dewatering phases of well development are expected subsequent to completion. The Company's operating subsidiary will "back-in" to a residual 53.2% working interest in net proceeds on wells located on the Company's Wagnon lease once capital repayment is complete.
