Forest Begins Initial Production from Deep Shelf Discovery

Forest Oil has initial production has commenced from its deep shelf discovery at West Cameron Block 112 in the Gulf of Mexico.
The West Cameron 112 #1 well was drilled to a total depth of 15,350 feet. It was placed on-line to sales and is producing at a rate of approximately 33 MMcfe/d of natural gas and condensate with a flowing tubing pressure of 9,625 PSI.
Forest, as operator, has a 55% working interest and Dominion Exploration & Production, holds a 45% working interest in this well.
