Russia's Transneft Says Storm Halts Oil Loadings From Kozmino

MOSCOW, Dec 28 (Reuters) - Oil loadings from the Russian Pacific port of Kozmino have been suspended because of a storm, Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Wednesday.

Transneft said weather conditions were expected to improve later on Wednesday.
