Russia's Transneft Says Primorsk Port Closed Due To Fog
MOSCOW, Sept 27 (Reuters) - Russian Baltic Sea port of Primorsk was closed on Tuesday due to thick fog, Russian oil pipeline operator Transneft said.
Weather conditions are expected to improve on Tuesday afternoon, Transneft said, adding oil loadings would be suspended.
