Russia Suspends Oil Exports From Novorossiisk Due To Strong Wind
MOSCOW, Sept 12 (Reuters) - Russia's oil pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Monday it had suspended oil loadings from the Black Sea port of Novorossisk due to strong wind.
A spokesman for the company also said that the weather was expected to worsen in the Baltic later in the day.
