KPMG Takes Role as Judicial Manager of Singapore's Swiber Holdings

Singapore-listed Swiber Holdings Ltd. and its Interim Judicial Managers disclosed Wednesday that the Singapore High Court has granted an order putting the firm and its subsidiary, Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd. into interim judicial management as well as to discharge the winding up petition filed on July 27.

KPMG Services Pte Ltd.'s Bob Yap Cheng Ghee, Tay Puay Cheng and Ong Pang Thye have been appointed as the joint and several interim judicial managers of Swiber and Swiber Offshore Construction.

"As such, the application to discharge the provisional liquidators, Mr Cameron Lindsay Duncan and Ms Muk Siew Peng was granted and leave was granted for the Company to withdraw HC/CWU 149/2016, its winding up application," according to the company announcement.
