Dril-Quip Bags $40M Subsea Deal for Indonesia's Offshore TSB Gas Project

Dril-Quip, Inc. disclosed Tuesday that its wholly owned subsidiary Dril-Quip Asia Pacific Pte Ltd., working with the latter's local representative, has bagged a $40 million contract in late June to supply subsea drilling and production equipment and related services to Kangean Energy Indonesia Ltd. for the development of the Terang/Sirasun/Batur (TSB) gas fields project located offshore Indonesia.        

Dril-Quip, a manufacturer of highly engineered offshore drilling and production equipment for deepwater, harsh environment and severe service applications, will provide subsea wellhead systems, subsea tree systems, subsea control systems and other equipment for the TSB gas fields project.

Kangean Energy Indonesia is a contractor for Indonesia's upstream regulator Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas).
