Russian Tycoon Timchenko Transfers Novatek Stake To Volga Group

MOSCOW, May 12 (Reuters) - Russia's No.2 natural gas producer Novatek said on Thursday Gennady Timchenko had transferred 13.2 percent of his direct equity stake in the company to Volga Group.

Volga Group now owns 23.46 percent of the company, Novatek said in a statement.
