Dayang Bags Topside Maintenance Services Deal for KPOC's Kebabangan Field

Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd (DESB) bagged a two year topside maintenance services contract from Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company Sdn Bhd (KPOC) for the Kebabangan project, offshore Sabah, Malaysia, the company said Monday in a filing with stock exchange Bursa Malaysia.

Under the contract, which came into effect March 16, KPOC has an option to extend it for an additional year. The contract value is estimated at approximately $6.4 million (MYR 25.0 million) and $10.7 million (MYR 42.0 million).

KPOC is a joint venture of Shell Energy Asia Ltd., ConocoPhillips Sabah Gas Ltd. and PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd -- the upstream arm of Malaysia's national oil company Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS).
