MINSK, March 25 (Reuters) - Russia's Gazprom has already completed its borrowings programme for this year, Andrey Kruglov, its deputy chairman, told reporters in Minsk on Friday.
Gazprom has also decided to postpone retroactive payments until 2016 from 2015 and may upgrade its estimate for them.
In 2015, the company estimated these payments at slightly less than 100 billion roubles ($1.5 billion), Kruglov added.
