MOSCOW, Dec 31 (Reuters) – Russia's top oil producer Rosneft has increased its hydrocarbon output in 2015 to 254 million tonnes of oil equivalent from 251.6 million tonnes in 2014, the company head, Igor Sechin, said in a statement on Thursday.
He said that oil refining volumes reached 97 million tonnes, down from 99.8 million tonnes in 2014, citing a new tax regime.
Sechin also said that Rosneft plans to increase its investment programme by a third in 2016.
