Subsea 7 Wins US $25 Million Contract from Venture Productio

Subsea 7 has been awarded a contract valued in excess of US $25M made by Venture Production (North Sea Developments) Limited for work associated with the Annabel Field development which is located in approximately 30 meters water depth in the Southern North Sea.

The fast track engineering, procurement, installation and construction contract is for the installation of a 10-inch diameter 17.9 km long production gas pipeline which connects a single production well back to the existing Audrey A platform. The single well will be connected through a new 2 well slot manifold located immediately adjacent to the well. Additionally, a new subsea control umbilical approximately 13 km will be installed from the Audrey B platform to the Annabel field.

The installation phase is planned for the fourth quarter 2004 and will utilise Subsea 7's vessels, Rockwater 1, Skandi Navica, Toisa Polaris and Kommandor Subsea.
