Russia-focused Petrogrand AB revealed Thursday, in its latest operations update, that the average daily oil production from the Komi oil fields Dinyu-Savinoborskoe, Sosnovskoe and Yuzhno-Tebukskoye is increasing.
The company stated that average daily oil production from the assets was 1,939 barrels in September, which marked an increase of three percent compared to the average of 1,883 barrels of oil per day in August. August’s average daily oil production figure itself represented a five percent increase from July’s recorded output of 1,788 barrels of oil per day.
The Komi oil fields are held by Petrogrand's associated company Ripiano Holdings Ltd. Petrogrand holds 49 percent of the shares in Ripiano. Petrogrand AB announced on October 7 that it has entered into an agreement with Shelton Petroleum to form a combined oil group, which will focus exclusively on Russian oil assets.
