Australia's Ausdrill Names Theresa Mlikota as CFO, Replaces Jose Martins
Ausdrill Limited, an Australian integrated mining and energy services group, reported Tuesday that Jose Martins, chief financial officer, has resigned from the Company.
Ausdrill Chairman, Terry O’Connor acknowledged Martins’ dedication and commitment to the Company during the past five years.

Ausdrill is very pleased to announce the appointment of Theresa Mlikota to the role of chief financial officer. Mlikota brings a wealth of experience, primarily in the resources and contracting services sector, having previously held senior leadership roles with Woodside, Zinifex and Alinta, and more recently as CFO of Fulton Hogan, Thiess, Macmahon and Barminco.
Mlikota also has extensive experience in the financial management of private equity and large listed and unlisted organizations, and her expertise spans a broad range of finance disciplines including financial control, investor relations, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the Australian Society of CPA’s, and holds a BBus in Accounting and a PGDip in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA).
Ausdrill Chairman, Terry O’Connor, said “We are delighted to announce Theresa’s appointment. The Board welcomes her to the executive management team and we look forward to her contribution to the business.”
The Company is currently finalizing the date for Mlikota’s commencement. Martins will remain as CFO until Mlikota commences with the Company.
