Official: Unclear When Kashagan Reaches its Forecast Output Level
ASTANA, Sept 29 (Reuters) – Kazakh First Deputy Energy Minister Uzakbai Karabalin said on Tuesday it was hard to say when the Kashagan oilfield would start producing the previously-expected 375,000 barrels per day.
China's biggest oil and gas producer PetroChina sees oil prices in 2016 at no more than $50 per barrel, the company's Vice President Lu Gongxun told journalists at the same oil conference in Astana.
