Vallianz Seeks to Expand into the Middle East, Eyes Egypt and Iran
Vallianz Holdings Ltd., a Singapore-based provider of offshore support vessels and integrated marine solutions to the oil and gas industry, revealed Thursday that the company continues to seek opportunities to increase its market penetration in the Middle East.
The firm's joint venture company, Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services, is currently in preliminary stages of submission for pre-qualification in Egypt.
"While the Group aims to be ready for tender opportunities in Egypt within the first half of 2016, there is no certainty that it will receive the qualification and approval within the intended timeframe," Vallianz said in a press release.
Elsewhere in the Middle East, Vallianz indicated that in light of the recent developments in Iran, the company is now in the initial stages of assessing the potential of the Iranian market.
