U.S. Oil & Gas Director Retires

U.S. Oil & Gas announced Friday that Paul O'Callaghan has retired as a director of the company, effective immediately.

O'Callaghan has worked for the oil and gas exploration firm since 2012. The former director will now work with U.S. Oil & Gas on a consultancy basis.

U.S. Oil & Gas CEO Brian McDonnell commented in a company statement:

"Paul joined the company in 2012 and has since made an outstanding contribution to the work of the board. On behalf of the board and shareholders, I want to thank him for his insight and unwavering support for the company and wish him well in his retirement. We look forward to consulting with Paul and continuing to benefit from his experience."
