Transerv Expects Drilling at WA's Warro Gas Field to Commence in August

Perth-based Transerv Energy Limited (TSV) reported Thursday that it has achieved an important milestone in its preparations to drill Warro-5 and 6 wells at the Warro gas fields in Western Australia.

In the past week, the company received formal approval of the Environmental Plan (EP) which will govern all operational aspects of both wells. This EP will be placed on the Company’s website and a summary will be made available through the DMP (Department of Mines and Petroleum) in the near future.

We note AWE recently announced that the second well in their three well campaign had reached TD (total depth). As a consequence, Latent is expecting the Enerdrill-3 rig to become available in mid-August with the Warro drilling operations expected to commence approximately ten days after rig release.
