Sonoran Energy Delisted from Berlin Stock Exchange

Sonoran Energy's (OTCBB: SNRN) request to be delisted from the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange has been granted.

Sonoran Energy received a letter on June 11th from Berliner Freiverker (Aktien) AG, who performed the initial unsolicited BBSE listing, stating that the broker/market maker will delist Sonoran Energy, Inc.'s stock from the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange effective immediately.

"I would like to thank the staff of the Berlin Stock Exchange, and the firm that had initiated the listing for honoring our request for removal of the company from the Berlin Stock Exchange," said Peter Osentfeld-Rosenthal, Sonoran Energy's President and CEO. "We believe that it is in the company's best interest, and in the best interest of its shareholders, to be delisted from the Berlin-Bremen Exchange at this time."

Ostenfeld-Rosenthal added that anyone interested in purchasing shares of Sonoran Energy, Inc. should do so only from the Nasdaq Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the symbol SNRN.
