FOGL States Exploration Well in Humpback Prospect Will Spud Within 2 Weeks

Falkland Oil and Gas (FOGL) CEO Tim Bushell announced Friday at the Shore Capital Exploration & Production Conference in London that an exploration well will be spud on the Humpback prospect in the next two weeks.

Bushell stated that the company expected to see results from the well by the end of July or the beginning of August. FOGL holds a 52.5 percent interest in Humpback, which is located offshore the Falkland Islands. Humpback holds prospective resources of 510 million barrels, according to FOGL.
