International oilfield services company Expro has won the President's Award at the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2015.
Contenders for the award are judged on their occupational health and safety managements systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement. The RoSPA awards are graded at merit, bronze and silver level, and organizations that maintain high standards in consecutive years can win Gold Medals, President’s Awards and orders of distinction. Expro received the President’s Award in 2014 and a Gold Medal in 2010.
Expro's Group HSEQ Manager David Ford commented in a company statement:
"Expro is proud to have been selected for the President’s Award once again, following many years of safety success with RoSPA. We are fully committed to the continual improvement of our health and safety management processes, with our employees fully embracing our ‘champion safety’ culture in all aspects of their work."
