Apache Appoints Daniel Rabun to Board of Directors
US energy firm Apache announced today the appointment of Daniel W. Rabun to its board of directors.
Rabun currently serves as the non-executive chairman of Ensco after retiring as president and chief executive officer of Ensco last year. He held the position of chief executive officer for the company for over seven years and the role of president for more than eight.
Apache’s Non-Executive Board Chairman John E. Lowe commented in a company statement:
"We are pleased to welcome Dan to the Apache board. He brings a deep understanding of the drilling and service side of our business and will be a tremendous asset to the organization."
