Panoro Energy Appoints John Hamilton as CEO

Independent Energy firm Panoro Energy announced Wednesday the appointment of John Hamilton as the company’s new chief executive officer.

Hamilton has previously held senior positions at President Energy, IGas, Imperial Energy and Levine Capital Management. He will take up his new position immediately and will be based in London, according to Panoro Energy. Nishant Dighe, presently Panoro Energy interim CEO, will continue as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Panoro Energy Chairman Julien Balkany commented in a company statement:

"We welcome John to Panoro. We believe that John brings a very complementary set of skills and experiences to strengthen the company and deliver value to our shareholders. On behalf of the board I would like to thank Nish for his hard work and valuable contributions during this period of transition."
