OSLO, Jan 25 (Reuters) – Production capacity at Norway's biggest natural gas field Troll will be reduced by 11.8 million cubic metres (mcm) on Sunday due to an unexpected outage, the gas system operator Gassco said on its website.

The outage at Statoil-operated field started at 1641 GMT and is expected to last for ten hours, it added.

Norway is Western Europe's main gas supplier.
