Polarcus Receives Commitment for 3D Seismic Project in Australasia

Polarcus Limited (Polarcus or the Company), a Dubai-based marine geophysical company, disclosed Wednesday that the Company has received a commitment from an undisclosed client for a broadband 3D marine seismic acquisition project in Australasia.

The project, subject to the execution of a service contract, will commence in 1Q 2015 and is expected to run for approximately two months.

Last October, Polarcus announced that the firm would commence a major new RightBAND multi-client 3D seismic survey over the Roebuck Basin in the North West Shelf offshore Australia in 4Q 2014.
