Russia Reports Leak on a Major Oil Pipeline near Black Sea

Reuters

MOSCOW, Dec 24 (Reuters) – Russia's Emergencies Ministry said on Wednesday it identified a leak on a major pipeline delivering oil to the Black Sea port of Tuapse.

The ministry did not say whether the pipeline had been shut or the leak had caused a spill.

State oil major Rosneft, which controls a refinery in Tuapse, said the plant continued to work so far unaffected by taking crude from its stocks.
