Over 950 Participants to Attend Upcoming SEAAOC 2014 in Darwin, Australia

Northern Territory Chief Minister, Adam Giles will be addressing the 950 plus attendees at the 20th anniversary SEAAOC (South East Asia Australia Offshore Conference) conference and exhibition. The event is a partnership between the Northern Territory Government and Informa Australia. Giles will give the opening speech at the event, to be held at the Darwin Convention Centre in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia Aug. 19-21.

SEAAOC will be part of the NT Resources Week, which will also include the Mining the Territory conference, which includes a presentation from Willem Westra Van Holthe, the Minister for Mines & Energy. And for the first time, NT Resources Week will welcome a third conference – the Building the Territory conference in response to the growing construction investment in the region.

NT Resources Week unites these three conferences together around a sold-out exhibition of over 180 stands.

Commencing on the morning of Aug. 19, there will be 3 different workshops for attendees to learn anew or brush up on their knowledge spanning subjects including; FLNG (floating liquefied natural gas), subsea engineering as well as cost control.

The Official NT Resources Week Reception, supported by ConocoPhillips Australia, will be hosted by Giles at Parliament House on the evening of Tuesday Aug. 19.

The SEAAOC conference commences on Wednesday Aug. 20.
