This is a terrible tragedy, of course, the victims were not involved in a war, they were innocent victims of a lunatic who is committed to gain power by any means and to spare no expense in gaining that power, even if it requires innocent lives. Every Oil company domicile in the free world should pull out of Russia and take all of the technology with them. If Shell Oil is in a partnership with Putin, they should follow my suggestion, this would show that they mean what they say when offering sympathy to their colleagues and family. It is time for the Oil industry to step in since our President wont, the USA can provide the resources to countries buying oil and gas from Putin, so they can cut him off completely. That should be the repercussions that he must deal with.
