The first of two production tests has now been completed in the Neheb-1 well in block 43, Yemen. The test was carried out in the lower of the two zones to be tested in the Qishn sandstone reservoir. Approximately 4,100 barrels of water and no hydrocarbons were produced per day during the testing. The upper zone will now be tested, and the test results are expected to become available in the course of the next few days.
Neheb-1 has been drilled in a separate structure approximately 17 kilometers southeast of the oil discovery Nabrajah-1.
