Fastnet Appoints New CFO
Africa and Ireland-focused junior explorer Fastnet Oil and Gas announced Monday that it has appointed Will Holland as its new chief financial officer.
Fastnet said Holland has more than 20 years' experience in the oil and gas business, primarily gained in Africa and Europe. He worked for Halliburton Energy Services before joining Macquarie Bank in London, where arranged equity and debt investments in small-cap exportation and production companies.
Fastnet Chairman Cathal Friel commented in a company statement:
"I am delighted to announce the appointment of Will as CFO of Fastnet. His financial experience, combined with an in-depth knowledge of the industry and technical understanding will prove invaluable to the company as it continues to develop and grow in the years ahead."
