Hungary's largest energy company, MOL, announced Tuesday that it has launched its graduate recruitment program for 2014, and is calling for soon-to-graduate students from around the world to apply for one of 250-plus places on the program.
Applications are invited from students to apply for jobs in 11 countries where MOL operates. These countries include: Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Iraq, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Mol's global graduate recruitment program, called 'Growww', is now in its eighth year. It offers more than 250 group-level positions for graduates from a range of specialisms, including engineering, IT, business, natural sciences and social sciences.
MOL Vice President for HR Zdravka Demeter Bubalo commented in a company statement:
"Careers in engineering and natural sciences are less popular with youngsters these days, and we believe that it is of utmost importance to support top talents in these fields, and give them the opportunity to evolve and develop in an environment that serves them best.
"We have employed 1,350 Growwwers since we started the program in 2007 and a number of our managers in all countries are coming from the Growww population. 20 percent of former program participants have been promoted vertically through the organization, which means that we chose the best applicants."
