SeaBird Wins South American 2D Seismic Contract
Norwegian seismic survey firm SeaBird Exploration announced Thursday that its Osprey Explorer vessel has been awarded a contract in South America with a major oil company.
The $9-million contract is expected to last approximately 75 days and will begin in March.
The Osprey Explorer is a 2D seismic acquisition vessel that SeaBird has operated since 2006.
