Board Changes at Mediterranean Oil & Gas

Italy-focused Mediterranean Oil & Gas (MOG) reported Wednesday that two non-executive directors at the company – Matthew Clarke and Jake Ulrich – will be leaving its board with immediate effect.

MOG Chairman Keith Henry commented in a company statement:

"I would like to thank Matthew and Jake for their significant contribution to the company since joining in October 2011 and January 2012, respectively.  Their guidance and support over the past two years is very much appreciated by all the board and we wish them well for the future.

"We expect 2014 will be a significant year for MOG with the drilling of two wells; targeting the Hagar Quim prospect offshore Malta Area 4, and the Faseto 1 well onshore Italy. We also continue to work to identify and secure new opportunities to further strengthen our portfolio."
