Chang Cheng-hsing Takes Over as RH Petrogas' CEO

Singapore-based oil and gas exploration, development and production oil company RH Petrogas Limited announced Tuesday that the firm has appointed Chang Cheng-hsing as CEO to succeed Tan Jee-theng, who stepped down from the position due to retirement.

Prior to his latest appointment, Chang, 61, was RH Petrogas' vice president for Exploration and Production, a position he held since 2010.

Earlier, Chang was a chief geophysicist at Kerr-McGee China Petroleum/Anadarko Petroleum Corp. in Beijing, China from 2002 to 2007. He was vice president for exploration at Texas American Resources - Asia Limited, Beijing in 2007-2008 and vice president for International Operations at GNT International Group in Beijing from 2009 to 2010.
