The total contract value is in the order of US $65 million.
The APN Field Development is located approximately 100km North-East of Jakarta off the coast of Java in water depths ranging from 15 to 45m. Completion of the works is planned for the first quarter of 2005 so as to supply gas to meet the energy needs of West Java.
The project consists of the installation of three monopod platforms that are linked by 28km of 24" diameter infield pipeline. The new facilities are tied into an existing facility 50km away via a 24" diameter trunk line. Modifications to the existing facilities are required to allow the integration of the gas into the system.
The project team will be based in Petrosea's office in Jakarta and will utilize as much Indonesian content as possible in the execution of the project.
