Jubilant Energy Appoints New CEO
Southern Asia-focused Jubilant Energy reported Monday that it has appointed Rakesh Jain as its new CEO until Aug. 11 2016.
Jain, who has a mechanical engineering background, has more than 31 years' experience in business and management. He worked for TATA Group between 1982 and 2003 in various roles, including management positions at Hitech Drilling Services India (a TATA joint venture) and at Tata Petrodyne Limited.
Since leaving TATA, Jain was managing director at Hindustan Oil Exploration Company between 2003 and 2006, and CEO at Suntera Energy Services (India) Private Limited between 2007 and 2010.
