How can you call the signers activists? Im a moral and fiscal conservative who is incensed that my Governor and legislators gave away billions to the oil companies in exchange for nothing, in violation of our State Constitution and their oaths of office to uphold it. With oil prices where they are, we could have come up with a much better plan to stimulate investment by our industry partners that will result in increased production and pipeline throughput. If there is an uphill battle, it is against the misinformation that caused this bad bill to get signed into law. When the average citizen knows the truth, the decision to overturn SB 21 is a simple economic decision.
