Premier Oil provided an update on its development projects in Indonesia and Vietnam recenty.
At the Premier-operated Anoa Phase 4 project in the Natuna Sea Block A, off Indonesia, installation of the final platform commenced June 8 and is expected to be fully commissioned by September, with first gas flowing earlier in late July.
"The (Anoa Phase 4) project will commercialize around 200 billion cubic feet of undeveloped proven reserves in the Anoa field on Natuna Sea Block A," Premier said in a press release which gave an update on its operations.
Premier's other development projects in Southeast Asia are expected to come into production in 2014. Pipelay work for the Pelikan and Naga project in Indonesia was completed in June and the wellhead platforms are expected to be installed in the third quarter of the year.
On the Dua project, which is being developed as a three-well subsea tie back to the Chim Sao field in the Nam Con Son Basin off Vietnam, development drilling will commence in the fourth quarter with two of the development wells expected to be completed by year end.
