Accelerated Production Systems Acquires Houston-based Manufacturing Company

Accelerated Production Systems, Inc. has acquired Houston-based Texas Systems & Controls, Inc. The acquisition will allow Accelerated to strengthen its capabilities in the design and manufacturing of well testing, artificial lift, pumping and process and filtration equipment, the company said in a release.

"This acquisition is extremely important to Accelerated's expansion plans, giving us the opportunity to grow our vessel and process equipment businesses in a way we would never have been able to with our existing facilities," stated David Martin, president of Accelerated Production Systems, in a release. "The facilities in Tomball triples our available fabrication space and gives us some very compelling competitive advantages that will help us continue to grow and transform our business."

"This acquisition, together with our growing process equipment and artificial lift businesses, allow Accelerated to continue to build out our capabilities to serve our global customer base," added Brad Goebel, chief executive office of Accelerated Companies, LLC, the parent company of Accelerated Production Systems.

Founded in 1985, Texas Systems provides engineered, modular process equipment packages to a variety of customers and applications in the energy industry.

Accelerated provides services for the upstream and midstream industry. The company is seeking ways to strategically build and strengthen their capabilities to meet the industry's needs for artificial lift and surface pumping solutions
