James Webster joined Knowledge Systems in 1998. Mr. Webster has recently held the position of V.P. of Sales & Marketing for Knowledge Systems where he has helped guide the company to record revenue growth each of the past 5 years. His leadership has helped Knowledge Systems achieve the FastTech 50 award recognizing the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Houston 2 of the last 3 years, and the Houston 100 award in 2002 recognizing the fastest growing private companies for revenue growth and impact to the Houston economy. In Knowledge Systems' operations division, Mr. Webster has led the company to establish the leading geopressure analysis consulting division in the industry focused on helping operators address the geopressure problem and geomechanics that account for as much as 50% of an operators' non productive drilling time to improve drilling operations. In Knowledge Systems' technology division, Mr. Webster's leadership has helped Knowledge Systems' Drillworks software solution achieve numerous awards for its innovation and impact to an operator's profitability, efficiency, and success. Before joining Knowledge Systems, Mr. Webster served in the public arena in leadership positions for United States Senator Phil Gramm, United States Congressman Kevin Brady, and Texas Lt. Governor David Dewhurst. Mr. Webster has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Texas ATM University.
