Sound Expects to Spud Nervesa by End May

Italy-focused Sound Oil reported Tuesday that it expects to spud its Nervesa appraisal well, onshore Italy, later this month after the Drilltech TB2100S rig is about to complete drilling operations at its current location in the Netherlands.

Sound said it had been advised by the owner of the rig that total depth has been reached at the well it is currently drilling and after well completion operations it will mobilize to Italy soon.

Sound also said that all site construction work for the Nervesa appraisal well has now been completed in anticipation of the rig's arrival.
