Mr. Kramer joined Fugro in 1983 as its President and Chief Executive Officer and since then Fugro has experienced a sustained and successful period of development and growth.
The Supervisory Board has decided to appoint Mr. K.S. Wester (57) as Mr. Kramer’s successor. Mr. Wester who joined Fugro in 1981 has been a statutory director of Fugro N.V. since 1996. Mr. Wester has fulfilled various positions in Fugro and is now responsible for the Onshore Geotechnical division.
It is the intention of the Supervisory Board to propose to the shareholders in the Annual Shareholders meeting in May 2006 that Mr. Kramer be appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board.
In May 2004, Mr. P. van Riel (48) will become a member of the Board of Management as Chief Operating Officer responsible for the Development & Production business line of the Geoscience division.
