India-focused Jubilant Energy announced Friday that CEO Ajay Khandelwal has resigned his position and has left the firm’s board with immediate effect.
Jubilant said it has started looking for a new CEO and will provide an update in due course.
In the meantime, Chief Operating Officer Ramesh Bhatia and Chief Financial Officer Vipul Agarwal will manage the company between them.
